End-to-end product design for a flagship experience
Carolina Herrera has built a reputation for elegance for over 40 years. We were asked to translate the brand into a digital experience for the first time.
Our research showed people vastly prefer fashion brands' social media over their e-com platforms, so we created a vision for a digital ecosystem built to bridge the two and create an engaging, conversion-friendly experience.
The design approach enabled a smooth flow of content between social media and .com. We also developed richer social-style elements such as AR filters, letting shoppers interactively explore makeup product colors and textures.
Since the launch over four years ago, the e-com platform has become a cornerstone for Caroline Herrera’s position as a rising fashion and cosmetics brand. Feels Like is continuously working to optimize and refine the experience.
