Internship - Office & Team Assistant
Barcelona, On site
About us
Feels Like is an independent digital design and technology studio based in Los Angeles and Barcelona, and a global network of trusted collaborators.
We work with a wide range of clients but have particular experience within fashion & luxury, technology and startups. Feels Like exists to push the boundaries of what interfaces can be, how they work, and how they make you feel.
We create new brands, software products, and experiences. We’re friendly, inventive, and a little Swedish.
About the role
We are looking for a fresh, dynamic and versatile Office & Team Assistant Intern to join our expanding team. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about operations, hospitality and production who wants hands-on experience keeping our Barcelona office organized, efficient, and functional at its best.
Who we’re looking for
The Office & Team Assistant Intern is a key support role at Feels Like that maintains administrative tasks and works with every department to make sure our staff focuses on what they do best - playing their part to achieve set goals. The ideal profile is someone who is friendly, service-oriented, full of energy, and comfortable dealing with several tasks simultaneously. Even though we have a hybrid remote work policy, we expect this role to be physically present in our beautiful office due to the nature of the work.
We think this could be a great opportunity for a student looking to gain practical, real-world experience working in a design and technology studio environment.
Reporting to the Director of Culture and Comms, your role will be:
Be the friendly face of our design studio, welcoming visitors and answering calls with enthusiasm.
Keep our office running smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and solving any office-related issues.
Foster a positive office culture by organizing fun events, team activities, and celebrations.
Stay on top of office administration by communicating with IT support and managing office equipment.
Manage external admin support staff and vendors to ensure office supplies are stocked and the office is well‑maintained.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, as well as courier requests.
Take charge of special projects like office improvements and furniture purchases.
Help new hires settle in by providing support when needed and showing them our office.
Work closely with the finance department to manage payments and expenses effectively.
What we expect:
Good computer skills, with an aptitude to learn new systems and procedures.
Organized and attentive to details.
Self-motivated, proactive and creative, comfortable working in a group or alone with a positive and can-do attitude, proposing ways to improve processes.
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and able to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent English and Spanish verbal/written skills: we use English as our official language at work, so you need to be fluent and comfortable with it during meetings, calls and also writing documents - and fluent in Spanish to be able to talk to local vendors and suppliers. Catalan is a plus but not mandatory.
What we offer:
An international and positive work environment with the most talented people.
Working for modern brands on a global scale.
Finishing earlier on Fridays, the whole year.
Extra days off on top of regular vacation days.
Fantastic office located in the Sagrada Familia area.
We offer a hybrid work model that combines working from the office with the flexibility to occasionally work from home for most employees. However, for the nature of this role we expect you to be in the office everyday. We truly believe that we are better when we are together.
Breakfast on Mondays, healthy snacks everyday, and “vermut” on Fridays.
We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status.
Please submit your application including your resume.
